EHHA Board of Directors Meetings
The board's usual schedule is 7:30 - 9:30 p.m. the second Wednesday of each month, and EHHA members are welcome to attend. The standing location is Firehouse 19 (4091 Jefferson Ave.). If a meeting is rescheduled or cancelled, notice of this change will be clearly posted on the home page of our website at least 48 hours prior to the original meeting date. Before coming to a meeting, be sure to check this website to confirm the meeting is still scheduled.

Design Review Committee Meetings
The Design Review Committee was established by County ordinance to review the building plans for new development in certain unincorporated communities of the County which are zoned Design Review (DR). These bayside communities are Emerald Lake Hills, Palomar Park, Devonshire and North Fair Oaks. The Committee holds public hearings on the first Wednesday of each month, beginning at 3:00 p.m. Meetings are held in Room 101 of the County Office building, 455 County Center, Redwood City. Zoning Hearing Officer Meetings
The Zoning Hearing Officer conducts public hearings on minor land use and development permits that would otherwise be heard by the County Planning Commission. This is done to save time, expense and effort, both for the applicant and County staff. The Zoning Hearing Officer is an employee of the County Planning and Building Department and reports to and acts on behalf of the County Planning Director. The Zoning Hearing Officer is often referred to as the and is assisted by the Zoning Hearing Secretary. Zoning hearings are generally held the first and third Thursdays of each month: 10:00 a.m., Room 101, County Office Building, 455 County Center, Redwood City.
