Welcome to our neighborhood!

Emerald Hills Watershed Issue

San Mateo County is studying whether additional rules and regulations should be applied to Emerald Hills under the auspices of protecting our watershed.  This could have a serious impact on your property value, depending on what the county decides to do.  Here is the link to the watershed page:

There was a meeting on June 5th to discuss this issue with county representatives.  If you missed the meeting, you can still add your comments.  Your input is important and will be considered by the county as they evaluate whether to apply these new watershed rules and regulations.  Please click on the following link:

About the EHHA
The EHHA is a "mutual benefit" 501(c)(4) nonprofit, whose purpose is to promote the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of Emerald Hills. The issues we take on vary over time, and we welcome your involvement to whatever extent you offer. The usual concerns are road conditions, traffic control, zoning/development regulations, fire safety, crime/personal safety, schools, and area preservation/beautification. We're especially interested in tree preservation, to help keep our area green.
